Personal Growth

Deborah Dolby

Deborah Dolby

I’m Deborah Dolby, a Wellbeing Life Coach.

In my fifties, I feel more vibrant than ever, but my journey began in a place of overwhelm. Despite building two successful businesses, teaching, and living in my dream home, I often felt trapped in an endless cycle—constantly busy yet never truly fulfilled.

For years, I craved external validation, fearing rejection and battling deep-seated feelings of inadequacy. But now, success looks different to me. Instead of chasing something outside myself, I trust my own rhythm, embrace joy without conditions, and honor progress over perfection.

My philosophy is simple yet profound: Seek to understand yourself rather than striving to be understood by others. Everything you need is already within you.

As a Wellbeing Coach, I now guide others on their own journeys—helping them reconnect with themselves and step into their fullest potential.

Sarah Ashford

Sarah Ashford

Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m a modern quilter and Wellness Coach, passionate about the mental health benefits of learning new skills, sewing, and creativity. This year, I’m writing a column on Wellness and Creativity for a popular Australian magazine, expanding the conversation around wellness.

I work with small cohorts of clients, supporting them one-on-one and overseas via Zoom. I love providing a listening ear, helping people set goals, and live with intention. I also volunteer with @finecellwork, supporting individuals transitioning from prison back into society.

For years, I struggled with exhaustion and overwhelm, but through my own journey, I learned how to prioritise my wellbeing. Now, I use my experience and training to help others make small, positive changes. Whether in person or online, my mission is to provide the space, tools, and support to help you become the best version of yourself.

Simon Millington

Simon Millington

Hi, I’m Simon. My approach to supporting people to improve their development encompasses establishing what their ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ are, so I can then design tailored learning solutions with them to maximise the impact of our collaboration.

It is vital to align any delivery to their attitudes and beliefs first and then add value by helping them to recognise the benefits of transforming their existing knowledge and understanding to a new frame of reference.

These connections should be driven by the person, and my role is to support and guide them through the process of change. Supporting people through their change is a privilege that I am grateful for every day.

Sharon Fucci

Sharon Fucci

Hi, I’m Sharon Fucci, a qualified Health & Wellbeing Coach, and my goal is to empower women through life’s transitions.

I’m also a mum of three, a Reiki practitioner, and have a background in early years education. I hold a BACP Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills, along with higher education in Psychological Studies.

My passion for wellbeing began over 20 years ago during my own healing journey. When my life changed unexpectedly, it was the hardest and most painful experience. I couldn’t see a way to carry on with a life that felt livable. Grief is overwhelming, and not everyone has a good support network. I was one of those who didn’t.

But I chose to train with Raw Horizons, and through Fucci Health and Wellbeing, I now offer coaching sessions to help other women who are struggling to take the steps to navigate a new normal.

Coaching can help you connect with your inner power and potential, and experience and compassion are at the heart of what I do.

Diane Brown

Hi, I’m Diane. I qualified as a wellbeing coach in 2017 with Raw Horizons and ran my own business for 5 years. In that time, I supported clients both 1:1 and in online group programmes. I also published “The Little Book of Active Wellbeing”, which describes my philosophy on exercise for mental wellbeing, as well as providing advice on building motivation. In 2022, I went back to corporate work, I still speak at neurodiversity support groups and I continue to use my coaching skills when managing my work team.
